Everyone is at home because of Coronavirus and worried about what to eat. Many people are used to eating junk or outside food to settle their taste buds but now there is a big problem, and everyone scared to eat junk food or order from your favorite niche restaurant. For many people, eating healthy is a chore and thinking to take a break from packed food. Are you guys thinking about consuming vegetables every day and healthy delicious food? I know these days everyone is worried to cook every day and what to make healthy choice food or any dessert. We have gathered very easy and healthy dishes which are very easy to cook and turns you to feel fresh, healthy and balanced diet. It is a dark red syrup made from tart pomegranate juice, adding a lot of sweetness and acidity to the recipe. It is a flavor-packed roasted red pepper dip with walnuts, Aleppo pepper, and pomegranate molasses. It is served as an appetizer, as part of a mezze, is eaten as a dip with bread, as a spread for toast, and as a sauce for a kebab or as a condiment with a meat dish. It is a healthy dish consisting of proteins, carbohydrates, and fibres and key ingredients of muhammara is roasted red capsicums (peppers), walnuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon, and pomegranate molasses for sourness, and a little spice. Traditionally, Muhammara is thickened with fresh bread crumbs which you can add if you want. This red pepper and walnut dip is naturally vegan and easily gluten-free and is a good alternative to pesto, hummus or other dips. I like to serve it as part of a casual dinner mezzanine platter. You can have that for breakfast or lunch, too.

Now, I do not know where to end when it comes to listing healthy food choices. There are abundant choices or traditional mouth-watering recipe which makes you experts in the kitchen. I tried above all recipes in quarantine time and had delicious meals with my family. These days everyone is at home and I figured out, that I am enjoying cooking and without failure, I made many other dishes too which are fluffy, creamy rich and with some fresh vegetables too.
